1. Booking & Commitment

To ensure the highest standard of at-home care, we value mutual commitment. While we do not charge an upfront booking fee, we request that you respect the professional time allocated for your service. All treatments require a minimum of 48 hours notice following your initial consultation.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a prepaid deposit for future bookings or suspension of at-home service eligibility.

3. Consultation & Suitability

All treatments are subject to a face-to-face medical consultation. Ornela reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically unsuitable or if realistic expectations cannot be met.

4. At-Home Service Requirements

Clients are expected to provide a clean, well-lit, and pet-free environment for the duration of the treatment. We prioritize clinical safety and hygiene at all times.

5. Liability

While Ornela is a fully insured medical professional, aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the consent and aftercare documentation provided.
